To avoid disappointment, any custom make garments need to be ordered, confirmed and paid for by Monday 10th August 2009. This allows for production time and delivery to be made in the first week of November.

It is important that you check all writing is spelt correctly, and that your order form is accurate. We have set up processes that use the information supplied to us.

We confirm all orders prior to placing them into production. Should there be a dispute, mistake or a change request, this communication will be referred to.
