To avoid disappointment, any custom make garments need to be ordered, confirmed and paid for before the garments are made. Because of the necessary production time (up to 12 weeks) if delivery was wanted for the first week of November the jerseys should be ordered by the end of August.

We can still work quickly with products that don't require these long production times if you leave till late in the year.

It is important that you check all writing is spelt correctly, and that your order form is accurate. We have set up processes that use the information supplied to us.

We confirm all orders prior to placing them into production. Should there be a dispute, mistake or a change request, this communication will be referred to.
